Kingsley Forrester is a founding partner of Forrester Lopez APC. His practice is focused on civil litigation involving personal injury, employment disputes, real estate disputes, landlord/tenant, business litigation, contract disputes and drafting, and much more. He has successfully represented clients across industries and claims including construction, real estate, product liability, bodily injury, commercial trucking, wrongful death, and catastrophic injury. Kingsley is an experienced litigator that has handled state and federal cases, mediations, arbitrations, and trials with consistently favorable results.
Before practicing law, Mr. Forrester attended the University of California, Irvine where he studied Criminology, Law, and Society and graduated with high honors. Mr. Forrester then attended Pepperdine University School of Law where he competed with the Moot Court and the Sports Law Negotiation team. Mr. Forrester also received a certificate from the Straus Institute of Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University School of Law.
During law school, Mr. Forrester worked with the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office: Major Crimes division obtaining a murder conviction on a 35-year-old cold case, was an intern at Marvel Studios LLC where he worked on notable films such as Black Panther and Avengers Infinity Wars, externed with the Honorable Andrew J. Guilford at the United States Central District Court, Southern Division, and gained significant litigation experience with some of the largest insurance defense firms in the U.S.
